Maroma resort and spa is a secluded luxurious seaside hideaway on the Caribbean sea in the Yucatan peninsula of mexico. All guestrooms offer ocean or garden views, and feature original art by resident artist Bertrand Castelli, hand-loomed bedding and rugs, private terraces with sofas and or double hammocks, bamboo shutters, telephone, in-room safes, high speed internet connection and CD players.

In Maroma's Kinan Spa has launched four new treatments to honour its natural surroundings. These can be combined with a traditional Mayan Temazcal, a ritualistic treatment which weaves together ancient traditions to leave an overall feeling of cleanliness, calm and inner peace.
